I try to be a well-rounded reviewer. I pick up on small mistakes, larger ideas, and things that over all just work for the story. I may be a little harsh if the writing is bland, but my goal is not to tear down your dreams as a writer. Rather, it is to find where you are in your writing and to try and help you become better.

I find problems and weaknesses in writing that most people will often miss. While these seem like they're insignificant, the difference may be between a good story that people like, and an incredible story that catches their attention from the first word to the last period. Or, I might miss those things as well.

My weakness is twofold: my harshness and my lack of experience. I critique depending upon what I like. Since I am not a professional writer and do not have a degree of any sort in english or literature, I will not pretend that I am always right. What I provide is simply another way to look at how to write.

I prefer to read stories that have basic grammar and spelling, as I find reading ones without tends to give me headaches. Other than that, anything goes.

Meh, I'll read anything. I may not be kind about bad writing, but I won't refuse it.
