When Lief and Jasmine's children won't get to sleep, Lief decides to entertain them with tales of their past. He finds out bedtime is one of the hardest quests he's faced.

After a fight with Lief (or lovers' spat, as Doom calls it), Jasmine decides to leave to Tora.

This story is inspired by "love is strong" by jasmine of forests and is in fact a transformation of this material. The original content is, in my mind, a modern-day masterpiece. In my writing I have attempted to expand upon the foundation of original ideas, whilst staying true to the source. I hope I have served it justice. An epic one-shot alternative ending to the DQ series which I would say swings through a variety of different genres; from intensely angsty to flippantly humorous to profoundly romantic and finishes with a scandalous plot twist that somehow seems valid.
