Before there were the Unconsecrated, there were humans. But how did the Unconsecrated begin? This story tells of a girl who experiences the zombie apocalypse and her struggles to survive during the beginning of the Forest of Hands and Teeth.

I ll be adding chapters! Anyway, this story follows the main character Joey and her 7 companions after the epidemic strikes, leaving them as survivors to reach a safe place and keep the human race alive.

This is how I envisioned Gabrielle's journey through The Forest of Hands and Teeth,starting with the destruction of her village and most loved ones,and ending with her death in Mary's village.Sorry I probably got the roman numerals wrong Also:I know the beginning is light and fluffy, but once I get the let's-go, I'll continue with the chapters,and you'll see how fluffy it is then.

Brooklyn is alone. For so long it has been this way just her and the unconsecrated. Without hope but she continues on anyway, she doesn't know why she just does its the way her life has always been from the time of her village's breach and destruction and when she actually had hopes of finding someone else in this dark and dead world.

I never really thought of how water could twist and turn in the ocean. It was a breath of life so unfamiliar to me. Nothing ever felt so alive and free, not hiding under a barrier-Gabry and Catcher are alone in the Dark City-Threats take more than lives.
