A Frankenstein AU story, After making his creature's companion she rejects it and saves Victor from it. Soon after returning to the mainland with her Victor tries to separate himself but finds that she is emotionally attached to him and unable to make her leave, he takes her back home and hides her as she slowly learns the truth behind her resurrection just as the creature returns.

A modern version of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein novel. Victor Frankenstein is a genetic scientist that stumbles upon a genetic breakthrough that could change the world. He wants to resurrect people from the dead. Frankenstein's company shuts Victor's project down. Then, Victor's son Adam dies in a terrible bus accident. He attempts to revive his son, creating a monster.

Walton delivers the news of Victor's death to Ernest and quickly realizes the Frankenstein middle child had more to do with his family's tragedy than previously thought.
