Fudge decides to film his own spoof of Elmo's World from Sesame Street, but things go wrong for him. Told from Peter's POV, and set after the events of "Double Fudge". Fudge is owned by Judy Blume, and Sesame Street is owned by Sesame Workshop.

It's Halloween again, and Peter and Fudge Hatcher have been invited to their first Halloween parties! Fudge is dressing as Harry Potter, and Peter gets back into the Halloween spirit again in a new way, while dressed as Scooby-Doo! Set a year after the events of "Double Fudge."
