Being targeted by a biker gang won't stop Stephanie from filling in for Edna at the Spring Fling Bazaar, especially with Ranger by her side and most of Rangeman on the lookout.

In book 18, we never really learn much about what happened in Hawaii. And we certainly don't know what Ranger and the Merry Men thought about it. So this is a little story to fill in those blanks.
