A band of vermin leaves their horde to find a better life in the south of Mossflower. They eventually make it to Redwall Abbey where they attempt to make peace with the woodlanders to survive the winter. Both woodlanders and vermin despise working with each other but with the desperation of winter and a common enemy can they find a way to live in the shadow of their enemy?

This is a revised version of a fan fiction I wrote nearly 20 years ago. Grath Blackclaw, heir to the otter clan of Galestradom Mountain, must reclaim his homeland after a brutal raid. Guided by his father's last words, he journeys south to confront the rising evil of Emperor Drig Fangtone and unite allies to defeat the growing threat.

An adventure full of trauma, black comedy, pirates, crazed beasts, and other fun things.
