A continuing series exploring the backgrounds of the Irregulars

Hi everyone! I'm back! I am finally ready to introduce my original character that I teased in one of my previous shorts. It took 12 years to craft this character to make her feel real and fit in the Holmesian world. Meet Elizabeth Holmes. She is the orphaned niece of Sherlock and Mycroft. After a family tragedy tore their lives apart, she has returned to England to find closure.

I had to do a year-end school project on a book I had read recently, so I decided to use A Study in Scarlet. For the assignment, I have to interview a character with a set of questions that I write and then answer them as a character from the book. or An interview with John Watson, where we learn about his thoughts mainly relating to Sherlock Holmes. Yeah, this was for school.

In 1920, Dr. John Watson breaks his long silence on the darkest, most difficult case - actually a series of related cases which Holmes pursued for many months - that Sherlock Holmes ever worked on. Holmes believes it's his greatest failure, but Watson thinks very differently. He believes the cases showed Holmes at his very best.

Some things, like being alive, are worth celebrating.

Set during 'The Adventure of the Dancing Men', a rumination on the failures and struggles of Holmes's career, particularly related to the death of his clients, especially in the aforementioned story and 'The Five Orange Pips'. Based off of the books, and the Granada TV Series starring Jeremy Brett.

Holmes never orders dinner for himself, but Watson has long since stopped asking why. Instead, he allows the quiet ritual to unfold—Holmes sipping his coffee, stealing a bite here and there from Watson's plate with effortless precision. It is never acknowledged, never remarked upon, yet it happens all the same, as familiar and inevitable as the cases they solve together. Drabble

Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson were summoned by Mycroft Holmes for a critical mission. Their task was to travel to Japan and neutralize the criminal mastermind Leopold von Wittgenstein. This assignment came at a pivotal moment, as the duo had been deeply involved in unraveling a complex web of intrigue and murder centered around the Ministry of Trade.

After Sherlock Holmes investigates an apparent suicide, he discovers a list of names. According to an informant, all the people on the list are marked for death. The striking detail, however, is that the list was compiled by Professor Moriarty himself!
