Arthur's grandfather struggled with Alzheimer's for the past five years. Arthur got into deeper depression when he learned his grandfather's health was failing. When he saw his grandfather collapsed during his visit, things got worse when he found out Dave wasn't in good shape. It was bad enough Pal had just died a few months prior to that.

Sick of the humiliation he faces on a daily basis at Elwood High from the people who had once been his close friends and utterly heartbroken, Buster decides to seek revenge in a spectacular fashion. Set in 2006, roughly 10 years after the Arthur crew finished the third grade. All characters are 18. Read at own risk

Ever wonder who Thora Read's husband was? Despite having five children, Thora never disclosed the whereabouts of her missing husband. Why bother? He wasn't far away, unlike what she'd been saying. In fact, he works nearby: at the Sugar Bowl.
