While dealing with the new terrorist who calls himself the Gimmick, Big City's number one crimefighter, the Blue Falcon, also has to deal with his new sidekick, Dynomutt, the bumbling Dog Wonder.

There's a clown downtown unicycling around, pinning chaos wherever he rolls. Let's hope the robo-Dobermann superhero known as Dynomutt can stop that serial kook! After all, he is a real go-go dog person!
