Based on the TaleSpin episode For Whom the Bells Klangs. I found the episode not very good. I like the premise and characters (including both Tim Curry and Ellen Gerstell), but in execution it's weak. I decided to not just retell the story, but iron out the flaws and build upon the world of TaleSpin with two of my own characters in the place of Baloo & Louie.

More and more cargo runs arrive every day at Higher for Hire, but what happens when Baloo can't fly the plane? Will he just sit down and trust his beloved Sea Duck with Rebecca, knowing that she would have to fly it alone as Kit is busy with school? After cutting many, many trees in the Oregon State 6000 Logging Contest, Don Karnage helps out some of PB&J Otter's friends in the Oregon State 7000 Planting Contest. The only bad news - After their evacuation from Lake Hoohaw, Captain Hook has hired a private detective to track them down for his original trophy hunt. Can they still stay out of Hook's sight?

As such an experienced aircraft pilot, Don Karnage decides to try his hand in competitive logging. In his case, helicopter logging, so he enters the Oregon State 6000. And knowing the contest spans 60 hours, he turns to PB&J Otter for teamwork. But can those kids successfully learn how to fly? And if so, can the whole team orchestrate the necessary endurance?

Don Karnage opts to go not for the gold, but for the diamonds, so he, his best friend, Megavolt, and his lackeys head to Wisconsin to take part in the Aerobatic World Championship. And for extra kicks, they bring along a lucky birthday boy.
