Dominic expected nothing more than a boring visit with her older cousin but her expectations are quickly dashed when the goosebumps monsters are released from their books and she befriends Slappy when he finds out that she is an actual monster. She is torn between protecting the humans from the monsters and keeping the monsters safe from Stine.

The Royal of Horrorland is King Sin and Queen Serenity, they have a baby girl name Princess Charty and they are spending time with her to Celebrate the new Heir of Horrorland, but there was Monster who tried to destroy the theme park. So they send Slappy to protect the Princess and take somewhere safe until she returns to Horrorland, to be the Hero to save Monsters and Humans.
