Halfway through his third year at college, journalism student Mike Timlin drops out to pursue his sole aspiration- to make it as a folksinger in Greenwich Village. Soon he finds a fellow musician to help bring his work to life, but as the years progress, Mike struggles with the possibility that his feelings for his partner are not strictly professional, or platonic.
