In the second part of this story, Hogarth gets to know Deidre and sooner or later, a old and highly missed friend will return

The Iron giant has been gone of eight months and, despite missing him greatly, life for Hogarth Hughes has been Normal and uneventful. That is until a certain girl named Deidre Franklin has moved into Rockwell. Instantly, Hogarth had a crush on her, one that he could not control.

One year has ed since the Iron Giant made his sacrifice in Rockwell, MA. Dean, curious to know of what became of the agent who had nearly done them all in, tracks him down. He finds Kent living in squalor, teetering on the edge of his life. At a loss for what to do, but desperate to help, Dean offers to take the disgraced agent on a crosscountry trek. Reluctantly, Kent accepts.

An impulsive outing lands Dean on an unplanned date with Annie Hughes. Set shortly after the events of Iron Giant.

A one-shot prequel to the 1999 movie "The Iron Giant". Kent Mansley starts off with almost no and a vague sense of job responsibilities, soon to be overwhelmed by something a LOT bigger than him. This story sets up the character and his position. I don't own these characters, and I'm pretty sure I would never name my kid Hogarth.

The Iron Giant's story lives on as Hogarth tells it to his twin siblings.

Kent Mansley contemplates what's happened in Rockwell, Maine while in jail. One-shot.

He died so they could live, facing the darkness of humanity by embracing the light of his own. Now he must begin life anew, in a new place, without his human friends. COMPLETE.

One cold October day, the Giant visited a quiet town in Maine and changed that town forever. That was twenty-five years ago, and since then, the world has collectively turned a blind eye to that October day. But more of them have arrived in those twenty-five years, and Hogarth Hughes is being forced to accept a reality he tried to ignore. The Giant will not let him forget.
