I have many, way too many feelings about this show and a paper to turn in so obviously the right decision was to write some fanfic about it. I haven't written anything in english for a while so please be indulgent! Enjoy! Asta and Harry share a moment after saving the world for the nth-time, and Harry comes to a conclusion.

Harry is an alien who must navigate the complex social circles of humans. Asta interrupts Harry's television binge with a birthday cake and a quick lesson on human rituals and relationships

Harry begins to see things through human eyes. Set between S1E8 and E9.

"At one point she nodded off, waking up to find that her husband had fallen asleep as well, one arm encircled around her with his chin resting on her soft, dark hair. His grip was not too tight, though, which touched her. Harry still felt guilt over how he had acted the first time Asta left, attempting to prevent her from doing so by grabbing hold of her arm."

"Asta smiled to herself as she stepped inside, forever amazed that this house was theirs. It had taken time to save up the money for place, but in the end it was more than worth it. They were nearer to their loved ones and, more importantly, away from the place where that awful doctor had lived."

"Asta had been the first person he made any sort of connection with and, as such, the one with whom he bonded the most. There were times where their relationship was tested, such as when she found out about the dead doctor, but it held despite the pressure placed upon it."

"Asta recalled that moment with absolute clarity. When she found out that he had lied to her she felt devastated. She thought there were no more secrets between them until then, that he trusted her fully. To find out that he committed such a horrible act and lied to her about it wounded her to the bone. And when Harry had begged her to stay, the feeling only got worse."

"In the end Harry chose to do the right thing and not go through with his plan to destroy the Earth. He told her afterwards that he could never hurt her, that it pained him to even think about Asta no longer existing. He loved her even before he knew what such an emotion was."

"Asta frowned and took Harry's hand in her own, feeling his fingers gently tighten around hers. It reminded her of that time so long ago when she had first discovered his true nature. It had shocked her, of course, but she hadn't been afraid. She knew that, deep down, he was still Harry."

"When she couldn't hold back her tears she had pulled over to the side of the road, allowing all the hurt and pain to spill out. He was the first person she had told of giving away her baby, the only one besides Sam who knew of the abuse she had suffered at the hands of her ex-husband. Asta had given all of herself to him and Harry had only given some of himself to her."

In what is likely to be the 2nd to last installment for this FAKE 2nd season... Asta & Harry get fake arrested. Accidental Andy's good fortunes continue. Liv discovers a big clue about Harry. Mike begins to favor Harry over the rule of law. (Due to me being the only author, other characters like Darcy & the Hawthorne are somewhat overlooked. I may pepper in some scenes later.)

Harry enjoys returning to the doctors office, while he is unaware of how close the police are. Harry's assassin refuses to stay away for a week, and Ben and Mike feel pressure at work. fourth episode

If life in the motel isn't bad enough, Harry finds himself raising Andy in hopes that Andy will remain faithful to him and peddle an Anti-Reptilian conspiracy theory he's using to rebrand his mission.
