Jane and Maura go undercover pretending to get married, however someone messes up and they end up married. Their life dealing with their marriage afterwards.

Cavanaugh tells them that Jane has taken days off but Jane never take days off. Something is wrong.

Her latest case is a tough one. A confused man shows up at the BPD, covered in blood from head to toe. As it turns out, the blood on his clothes is not his own but that of a woman who disappeared.
